They raise their glass to old times
To teasing friends and nostalgia
They clank their forks against their champagne
And raise a glass
They remember what was
Smiling to that that wasn’t
Faces they don’t remember
Faces they remember all too well
And all with their occupations and children
For some hours in a hall
The yellow hummingbird of nostalgia
Humming around their heads
