I speak,
And words pour out of my lips,
And though I hear them,
No one else seems to.
I could say all the words
Known to man,
But it would make no difference,
They would still be silent to all
But I.
I could yell and scream,
But to no avail,
I'd still be silent,
For no one bothers to listens to me,
To hear a word I say.
Why that is,
I have no ideas.
Being silent for years
Is starting to sicken me,
I long to be heard,
And listened to.
But since no one listens,
There is no point is there?

I agree with you, and this poem flows nicely. I like, I have felt the same at one point in my life.
