I am a flower that blooms with love
from a bud to the flower i am today
you were with me the whole way

i remember when i didn't have a place to stand
you were there to hold my hand
you always turned my frown to a smile

when i was about to fall and give up
you told me to keep holding on
and soon enough you gave me a helping hand
and pulled me up to what i am today
