Where am I
Do I belong
Do I fit in
Everyone tells me…
Born to stand out
Groups, cliques
Me standing on the outside
Looking in…
I am in constant pain
Wondering how do I make friends
Will they like me…
For whom I am
I see glares
As if I am an out cast
Wait am I
I don’t fit in there
Or there…
Or even with them
*
Now I’ve come to realize
I don’t really need to
Fit in
Now I have friends by the dozen
And to them
I am myself
No one else
And they like me for myself
