I give you my heart
With the hope that you'll keep it always, Keep it safe and warm.
I've chosen you as it's keeper because only you can make it beat this fast.
So take it, Open your chest
and keep yours and mine side by side.
So they may beat together in unison; Create a beautiful rhythm that I can love you to.
So that the next morning as the sky changes from abyss to gray and I lay my head on your chest, I can hear my heart and yours and know that it's safe.
