afraid of the dark

The trees sway with the slight breeze above,
my hair swifts this way and that, i get cold shivers down my spine should any one really be out here at this time
scary thoughts come to mind
oh my god are those footsteps i hear,
my heart races
so my walk turns in to a run, then i realize those foot steps i heard were only mine
