Waiting

I'm waiting for the sun to rise
I'm waiting for he rain to fall
I'm waiting for my eyes to close
I'm waiting for my heart to heal
Waiting in the shadows
Of my own confusing mind
Waiting in the arms
Of the one who loves me most
Waiting can be hard punishable and cruel
I can wait by myself thinking of him
I can wait with him thinking of life
I can wait with life dreaming of hope
I can dream of hope
while waiting for you.
