unable to see
unable to lie
unable to leave
I’m color blind
all I can see is
red, black, and white
red
of the blood
the release of feelings
unable to deal with
your emotional beatings
black
of the dark
that pulls me in
tempts me
persists that I sin
white
finally I see the light
so lost in the dark
lost me in the process
finally I felt the spark
I am free
I can see
