Favorite Quote:
Even the bravest of soldiers recognizes a battle he cannot win.

Monotonous, repetitive, and dull,
Those words bounce around my skull.

Not feeling the hours slip away,
Then realizing it's the end of the day.

The minutes seem wasted;
Just sitting in class
And waiting for the time to pass.

A couple hourse here and there,
But I'm in a trance;
Completely unaware.

A quiet oberver among my kind,
The children here aren't very kind.

My thoughts are harmless,
There's nothing I can do,
Until the day
I raise above you.

Just filling time,
Sitting here today,
Wondering quietly
Why things are this way.

They could be different,
If only you knew.

How odd
My thoughts would seem to you.

By the end of the day,
I'm a mess,
And I'm pretty sure I failed that test.

But, oddly, I'm fine;
It's all going to be okay.
Because at the end of the day,
I know that soon,
Everything wll work-out,
And I'll really be okay.

But not today.

Today,
I'm still barely hanging on.
