Never Again

As the cold sharp blade presses against my skin the blood started to flow
What if my first cutting results in disaster?
So what if it does?!
At least you'll be rid of this world
I slowly drift into soft sound sweet sleep
The next morning I awake with no thoughts of the night before
Only thoughts of the new day run through my head
I look over and see the a knife covered with dried blood
Mad with myself I throw the knife somewhere not to be found
Never again! Never again
