My Frozen Moment
As I unwrap the last and final present on Christmas Day. My mom and dad say to me
“This is the one we think you'll like best!”
It’s a peculiar looking package with a big and heavy present on bottom while on top lies a smaller present held on with red ribbon. As I unwrap the little present I see that it is an accessory for the bigger present, a controller. After seeing the first one and immediately tear through the next one going faster and faster, until it's done. A new modern generation gaming console. I rush to my parents to give them a hug screaming
“Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
After that, I rush back to the console to start setting it up. But first, my parents made the biggest Christmas breakfast I’ve ever seen in my life. There’s pancakes, bacon, eggs, omelets, waffles, hash browns, and so much more. After seeing all of this, and eating it I feel so light headed from stuffing my face for almost forty-five minutes, I feel as if I could float to the moon. I tell my parents thanks, and then I walk over to the console to finally plug in all of the cords and start playing some of my favorite games. After I finally got off to do something else, I went upstairs to go find some of the new gifts I got. There were movies and games and mid puzzles, all sorts of things. But I don’t think anything compares to the biggest present of all, my family. I thought about this during my time of playing, so I walked downstairs to go and thank my parents for all they had done for me on this wonderful day. I can see all around me, how happy everyone is and all of the love in the air for each other. My brothers seem very happy with their new toys and all of the great food they got, just like I am. I can see the joy in my parents too, so happy that they made their kids feel happy and special on this very blessed day.
