I'm searching for you in the sky
in the moon
in the sun
in the stars
I search for you.
Every waking hour of my life.
I wash my face searching for you in my reflection.
Trying to piece together what once was.
I search for something that will never be again.
I long for your touch
your scent
your affection
I long for you in every way.
but I guess my search for closure will continue.
