the wind brushes past me
Oh i wish i could see
the way it travels past the world
The way it carries hurtful words
the way it carries love confessions
the way it carries weird obsessions
the way it carries the course of life
The way it carries our motivation and drive
The wind knows our secrets but would never tell
It would carry you to heaven, away from hell
The wind is silent peaceful and quiet
The wind is our friend, even if we sometimes deny it
