MINEFIELD
Your own brain consuming every bit of you alive. Not fully being able to comprehend how your mind and heart functions with their own willpower. The agony it carries that can overpower physical pain in numerous complicated-cruel ways. The land we inhabit in covers the power of what the human mind and heart is capable of. Our fabricated outside layer; skin, covers the true layer of humans. It sets up a display- a cover up that refuses to unravel who we really are. Humans were created like a minefield. The hidden dangers and conflicts our heart holds, these dangers bare hidden till we get attacked from the inside. Our most delicate undervalued object; the mind. holding the biggest parts of who we are. Consuming every bit of details even our bare eyes don’t seem to capture. No being could ever understand who you are or who you are capable of becoming other than your mind. The natural force our bodies abide to when receiving orders from the mind is fascinating. Knowing internally that we will forever follow the commands of our minds until we are no longer. The mind is a priceless treasure. But yet our world treats it so poorly.

This piece truly explains a time of my life when my mental health was completely destroyed. writing poems or anything in general truly helped me pour my thoughts out and explain every bit of emotion i was feeling.
I love writing poetry and short stories about my life or preferably anything I truly adore. Writing creates an imaginary pathway for me to escape reality and envision a lifestyle as I am a completely different being. It motivates me to truly push my hardest to living an abundant and enthralling lifestyle. I truly express myself completely when shared in written words.
