Gone but not Forgotten
On the field, on the court, and in the classroom, we moved as one this year
Off to college or just hanging out, there will be fear
Like cords are woven to form a rope, we are stronger together
We hold onto all the laughs and tears forever
One small strand is easily broken
Dumb jokes, words of love, and wisdom all spoken
Although we will be separated, this thought seems to tear
Only this class understands the bond that we share
We’re all going somewhere so get on your horse
We leave everything we’ve known with Christ setting our course
