Remi
Oblivious, she hopped onto my desk,
her gray fur already floating in the air,
trailing behind her.
Her weight wiggles the desk, making
It sit wonkily as it still hasn't recovered from
the numerous times this has happened before.
Her bright green-yellow eyes glance up
at me, as if she was apologizing, even though
I know she isn't in the slightest sorry.
Her purrs are low, as she steps on my keyboard,
Rubbing the side of her face roughly right against
my computer.
I sigh and continue to type, knowing
my book report is due at 11:59 pm.
