Uncontrollable Words
Rage is a book
A place where you can put all your thoughts together
where no one can judge you because you are writing your own story.
Having the temptation to yell, feeling your blood leave your body, your body aching from the disbelief, to only come down to words.
Uncontrol of words, continuing to write emotions that can’t be said or told because only you know what is going through your mind through those circumstances.
A place where only an exclamation point can feel the temper, anger and frustration you have.
Whenever you feel like screaming and letting it all out,
but rather you place them in a sheet of paper, collecting them word by word.
Sometimes feelings and emotions can't be said rather be read.

The poem is talking about how instead of physically and verbally showing rage instead write down your thoughts and feelings, avoiding many problems and hurting other people.
