I think it is the first time

I've seen someone so beautiful.

 

When she laughs

her voice is

deep

loud

resonant.

 

When she walks

her stride is

strong

confident

proud.

 

When she looks directly

at me

my heart can't help

but beat faster.

 

I am a girl,

and I think it is the first time

I've fallen in love with another.
