Dear Diary
Dear diary
The sun came out today
The clouds were lifted as the snow faded to rain
Followed by a colorful rainbow
Glowing bright in the sky
Searching for the jackpot
Filled with life that lies on the other side
Fighting against the wind as it forces me forward
Back into the dark cornered
Can’t find an escape
As I continue to run on top of the rainbow track
Something is there right in front of me
An image of myself dancing and jumping so happily
Wishing to see the pot I can no longer see
