Keep Going On

Whilst they say I’m always slacking

My motivation fairly lacking,

The bell rings to start us packing

And walking out the door.

As I drive home with growing exhaustion

still I must proceed with caution

Lest I end up in a coffin

And 6 ft lower I snore.

At home I feel the need to rest

But still I have to try my best

Lest I’ll never see the rest,

Of the good life has in store.

As I finally catch life on the reigns

Good feelings wash inside my brain

And I can finally truly say,

Keep going on for more.
