time does not wait for you
you have to catch up,
everyone wants success
and no one wants failure,
believe in yourself
because not many will,
and don't let them be your own thoughts
but remember if you want the plant to grow
it's a process,
and not just an overnight thing

This poem was written as a reflection letter to myself. As I was creating this, it was a great self assessment and I was really able to check myself and I noticed that I need to act better. I have given myself plenty of time to think and start back on the right track.
