She's different,
now.
I can't explain it; I've tried.
But the way she writes, talks, and laughs,
it's different,
now.
Or was she always like this and it's just
me
that's changed?
Each time I talk to her, the space between us only grows.
Her words don't help;
She's great at making me feel small.
I'm trying to hold on! Oh, God!
I'm trying so painfully hard!
I don't know what to do,
now.
Am I supposed to hold her tighter,
Or let her
go?
