Lungs
From here I see snow capped mountains
with their craggy slate peak
towering over desolate valleys as
dusk creeps into them, inch by inch.
I see the lilac skies pierced by the tangerine sun
and the moon glowing in the soft white light
just barely peeking over the alpine cliffs.
With the emerald pine trees
muted by a thick layer of alabaster snow,
where the stars twinkle in the dark indigo skies
and the glacial air fills every crevice of your lungs.

I really like the way mountain air feels in your lungs.
