Change
We tend to think more about what we could have done instead,
rather than the implications of our actions moving forward.
So write a list.
A list of both the things you did that you are most upsetting you today,
and the things that will upset you tomorrow if you don’t act now.
I think you’ll find the list you are worrying about so much
is the one whose outcome can no longer be changed.
Remember: action is what initiates change.
What is in the present and can only stretch into the future,
and change is often what we need most in our futures.
