This life I know is bigger than me

There are people out there who are not even free.

Those who don’t have a place for the night

Those who never seem to win this fight.

They want to be great

They just want the chance

No one chooses this circumstance.  

People in need, in desperate despair

There's only so much one person can bare.  

For I want to help, want to help them succeed,

Do it for the world, for the people in need.

No act too small, no act to large,

It is time for us all to take a strong charge.

It's not for the money or the person gain

It’s for those who have to live through this pain.

I am just one person, unsure of what I can do

But as a whole, we need to see this through.

I know this life is bigger than me

But anything helps, we all can agree.
