Drowning, drowning in their disapproving looks and evaluations
Drowning, drowning because i can't be me
Drowning, drowning because no one really can see
No one sees me
No one sees you
What is this society where no one sees the real you
Nerd or idiot, they say
Slut or prude, they say
Fat or stick thin, they say
Why can't they just see i'm neither
I'm just me
