“Pretty please with a cherry on top?”
They cheer
Unaware of the danger it beholds
For inside is a deadly pit
Encased by shiny hope
It rots from within
It crawls with maggots
But it’s complexion is perplexion
Your perception is warped
The truth is hidden
Beware the unknown
