Judgement in Society
What she sees;
Wrinkles and fine lines,
Dark circles,
Frizzy hair,
Chipped nails,
And worn out clothes
What she thinks is considered ugly.
What they see;
A face that has made a thousand expressions,
Circles that carry secrets of last nights rendezvous,
Long gorgeous locks that have felt a hundred different winds,
Nails that show evidence of a hard days work,
And clothes that show a life’s adventures.
What they consider, amazing, carefree, determind, adventurous, and beautiful.
We often judge ourselves based on how we think others perceive us,
But what we all fail to realize is that,
We are our biggest critics.
People don’t care if you have smile lines or frizzy hair.
People don’t care about your outer appearence
People care about you.
