Fate
Hello
The same greeting
Whether it be through words or a simple glance
Too fast my heart is beating
When I see you
I sometimes wonder
Whether it is coincidence that brings us together
Or if our meeting is a blunder
Time and time again
Maybe there is someone observing
Aligning our fates
Our little love conserving
I fear of what you think
When I am around
If you hate me for being here
Or if together we are bound
For this life
We cannot change
I sometimes wonder
If our love is rather strange
Our red strings are intertwined
Or if you really want me
To cut the string
And make me an absentee
From your life
Sometimes
I wonder if I can even cut it at all
Or if I’d ever be acquitted for these crimes
