Who Are You?
I remember the days spent together…
All the lessons we learned.
I remember the nights spent together…
But what about you?
You promised you’d always be here.
But now you’re gone.
Yet, you still find it suiting to sit here,
Just pulling on my heart.
And who are you…
To decide where I belong?
And who are you…
To decide you can only use me when it benefits yourself?
Full of lies.
Empty promises.
Absolutely nothing.
Was it easy to leave like it was nothing?
Isn’t it funny how we try and we try?
We’ll just excuse any lies.
Hoping that maybe...just maybe
All of these apologies will one day mean something.
Yet, they don’t.
And you will always be the one that left me…
Because somehow, after all you had shown me, I could not give up on you.
But after everything that happened…
Who are you to give up on me?
