If I had powers but only one I wouldn’t be sure what to choose,

Maybe I would fly,

I could Fly so high and touch the sky I would be happy as can be,

In the air with a slight breeze I would feel so free,

But if a plane came by while I was in the sky,

Than maybe I wouldn’t want to fly,

If I had powers but only one I wouldn't be sure what to choose,

Maybe I would be fast,

And everything I ran past would look like blur

Then I could never be last, or late to class,

But then again if I hit a wall it would really hurt,

So when I’m running down a city street I would have to be alert,

If I had powers but only one I wouldn’t be sure what to choose,

Maybe I would be strong,

I could stop a train like superman,

And end crime with just one hand,

A single punch and it’s all over,

But with such strength I could break my arm or even do harm,

Despite not having powers and spending my hours wondering what to be,

I’ll still always be happy with just being me!
