Elegance Is

Elegance is the shadows of great things
that appear when the light shines
and the world dims.
Elegance is the crabgrass
That stands alone in a field of grass,
choosing to rise above expectations
rather than settle for the average
length
Elegance is the ant
that works without selfish influence
and the soldier who fights
for his beliefs.
Elegance is the cancer patients
who cling to a line of hope
and the child who is our future
