As soon as the sun goes down
As soon as the sun goes down,
The world becomes brighter than before.
Trees sway in the wind,
The silent has begun.
People ride their bikes down the street,
Enjoying the warmth of dawn.
As stars scar the sky.
Constellations, waiting to be found.
Night has begun.
Zodiac shadows creep the night,
Hiding themselves from the human sight.
Stars grow, years go by,
Crescent, shows off her gleaming glamor,
As people say, “What a sight.”
Branches break, deer prance,
Owls hoot from pine trees,
As soon as the sun goes down.
