13 Ways To Look At A Bully

October 30, 2015

Standing in the middle of the red brick building

A lost soul walks amongst students and doors

The only sound that could be heard
Was the echo of tormented footsteps
On the cold tile floors

A body, a spirit carried by angels is like
A body, a soul tempted by demons

A bully stands quiet
By a shadowed locker
Surrounded by people alike
Running up and down crowded hallways

The bully is an unknown variable
Among everything else in his path
This problem unsolved
Can last a lifetime

What’s more sad?
A student bullied by another
Or a bully bullied by everyother

In the shadows
A bully waits
To wrong the people
Who deserve it most

Oh thee with broken wings
Cannot be mended with the wrath
Inflicted on those who aren’t afraid to fly

The bully knows that they can’t fly
The bully knows how they feel
But the bully also knows that they deserve it

The bullies circle of fear
Is sometimes crossed
By those who dare
To corner the beast within its lair

The bullies anger
Strikes so deep
It could be felt
within the draft walls of tartarus

The bully
Offers an apple
To the ones
That couldn’t stay away from the mirror

Those who never provide for the good
Are always taken from the bad

The bully sits in the school office
Struck by fear
Rocking quietly
All the bully wanted was justice
But he inflicted revenge instead
Now the good must pay
And discover that the bad lies within
