The Eyes of the World
I see the trees that bring forth life; I see the storms that bring much strife;
I see the path which I walk on; I see the many happy smiles that talk on;
I see the hills that gave me many thrills; and the grass that I would play on as a lass;
I see the flowers which give many beautiful powers; I see the skies that do not lie;
What a wonderful piece of art this will be! Oh my God here comes a bumble bee!
As I am waiting I think, "What a painting!" And just as my pride began to glide; I remember color is a construct!

I was in my family car on our way to cleveland, Ohio when I saw the beautiful hills that gave me many chills and I thought, "What beautiful land! It is quite grand!" So I began to write a poem about the beauty of nature and the memories it brings when we look and smile at its irrepressible delicacy. So I hope you enjoy!!!
