When I Am Old
When I am old
And covered in mold,
I shall have completed my lifelong dreams
And launched all of my evil schemes.
By then I will have invented something great
But I don’t know what, so you’ll have to wait.
Whatever it is, it will change someone’s life
And hopefully rid her of her strife.
When I am old
And constantly cold,
I shall live in my pajamas with feet,
And hobble around looking for something warm to eat.
By then I will have 3 kittens:
Fred, George, and Mr. Mittens.
George and Fred will be orange twins,
And Mr. Mittens will have three chins.
When I am old
And my stuff’s been sold,
I shall scare people to prove my health
And everyone will be jealous of my stealth.
By then I will have shrunk an inch or two
But on Halloween I’ll still be a ghost that says BOO.
Because no matter how old I may be
I will always act like the little kid in me.
