Love,
What is it?
Perhaps a feeling, an emotion, a swoon.
If you fall in it,
Then its just wonderfull.

I was vague about this feeling,
Never ever took it seriously.
Till the moment I too,
Started believing it, miraculously.

I still remember the day,
I told him "I love you."
After what seemed like an eternity,
He replied, "Yeah me too."

And thus our story began,
And went on and on.
From fights to hugs to kisses,
Until the day he was gone.

He went away, and never looked back
To win another girl's friendship.
He left me alone with a tear strained face,
And memories of our six month relationship.

I was left wondering,
What was my fault that he did like this.
My world revolved around him,
And its his touch that I sorely miss.

But i guess life goes on forever,
And I'm sure my pain will heal.
But I'm still in love with him,
Thats what I really feel.

Now thats the end of my story friends,
Smile and be happy for the rest of your days.
You gain life just once,
So enjoy it to your fullest.

But there is one thing I've learnt from my fate,
Which I would like to relate -
" Life is like road with turns and bends

Remember that true love never ends."
