I was choked
I felt much pain,
to me it was just a game,
he got caught in my shawl,
I felt much pain,
it is all my fault
he got caught in my shawl,
to me it was just a game.
It is all my fault,
he is not to blame;
to me it was just a game,
I take the blame

The author's comments:
While messing around on the playground one day one of my guy friends was running in the opposite direction, right past me; and as he passed me his hand got caught in my wind-blown shawl. It choked me for a second, and it hurt alot, but I knew he didn't mean to and I didn't want him to get in trouble. So then and there this poem was born.
