we serve, we protect
we give our lives,
the greatest respect
our bodies ache but
our hearts grow
and show in everything we do
we are not men
but soldiers
ending life to save yours
the pain of killing destroys a man
but the thought of living pushes through
we go to hell and back
to stand our ground,
as a soldier as a team
so why with all this hate
of what we're doing
to protect you
our lives not like any other
our lives where every soldier is our brother
we are not mad of what we do
but we are proud
to bleed, Red, White, and Blue
