Gems and jewels cover the floors,
Boards are the ceiling of our home,
Window pains are made of gold,
Our blankets are of rags,
The chandeliers are priceless,
Our table is in pieces,
We live beautifully,
We live in love,
We will be know for everything,
We won’t even be in the local paper,
Our whine is wonderfully made,
Our water is all we need,
We get money thrown to us when not needed,
We get nothing,
You know my name,
You don’t see me,
My hands are manicured and beautiful,
My hands are worked and hard,
Life is wonderful,
Life is wonderful indeed.
