You have captured me
With a stroke of your finger
The brush of your skin
Makes me linger
In this moment for a little longer
Short of breath
My heart beats stronger
From this fire
Coursing through my veins
I'll stay right here
Endure the pain
If it means that I'll be next to you
For one more instant
I would go through
Hell if time would only stop
I'll halt the sun
Break all the clocks
So we could stay
Unburdened, untouched
Cradled in that first light of day
Never leaving this home we've discovered
Wrapped in love
Beside one another

nice poem, i like it. you should maybe consider not capitalizing the beginning of each line. not that it's wrong the way it is, but just something to consider. would you mind reading some of my work? i'd appreciate the criticism!
