Opposites
My feelings reside from left to right,
As do my passions lie on opposite sides.
I like the color black,
As I like the color white.
White as bright as the morning light,
Black as the dusk of a shimmering night.
But they somehow consistently quarrel with each other.
Maybe then they will discover,
They would much rather be friends with one another.
