Inside My Head Too
My hand balled up in a fist, I delicately place my chin on top.
The only way to escape my mind is to tell my brain to stop.
The only problem is that I can’t
These thoughts send me to a distant land.
Where all I do sit and think
Then my thoughts leave in a blink
And what am I left with?
What can keep me sane?
The thoughts that roam my mind’s cold plain.
And just when I think they come to an end,
These thoughts come back and haunt me again.
