I Will Love You Forever and Always

He drove us onto the mountain. Where we used to hang out.
And we talked with sandwiches in hand.
Remembering all of our childhood memories we had together,
I laughed with him, and he walked to the ledge.
“I’m so sorry,” he said.
Looking at me, he fell backwards.
“I’m sorry, too. Goodbye, my love.”
