Nothing Left
I trudge on down the side of the road
the sofa I carry weighing me down
but I move along
my beautiful flowers
growing as I walk
growing in the mountains
growing in the fields
my dog jumps
my little dog my only family
jumps to the heavens
stuck in the sky
I turn around
looking back at all I'm leaving
all I'm not leaving
as my face, my timer
is about to reach zero.
