It was a cold January morning.He was standing in the bathroom of his fifty room mansion.Naked and exhausted from another sleepless night,he was staring at the mirror.The person he saw wasn't him,it couldn't  be.The person who was staring back at him was an old man.Horrified,he ran from one mirror to antoher,but in every mirror he looked into,he saw his own face.
How could this be?
He was so affraid he didn't go back to the bathroom.

As time passed by he started seeing the old man everywhere he went.He saw him in his sleep as well.The same old man!It was driving him mad.He didn't know what to do.He couldn't tell anyone,he had no friends or family.

One day he made a conclusion that the old man that's haunting him while he's awake and asleep represents his own death.
He made an appointment with the doctor.
While waiting for the results he could hear the doctor's voice in his head:I'm sorry but the results show you have only six months to live.
How shocked he was when the doctor told him that he's as healthy as a horse.
He didn't feel relieved,he was even more confused than before.

Winter turned to spring and one day he realised what he has to do,what he wants to do.Death could be waiting for him around any corner and he didn't want to die and live nothing behind.One day he opens the newspaper and realizes the world is full of pain and misery.
I have money,he says,I can help.
So he gives half of his fortune to charity.
Still,he finds that's not enough.The people in the world are still suffering.He gives the rest of his fortune to charity.

Spring turned into autumn and he realised how foolish he was,thinking that giving money away was enough.He makes an appointment with the doctor and says he wants to donate a kidney.
The doctors do the surgery and it it a complete success.

He didn't feel good about himself although he knew he should.At that point he didn't even cared about leaving something behind anymore,he just wanted to save the world.The people are still suffering so he decided to see the doctor again.
Doctor,I want to give it all,he says.
What does that mean,'Give it all?,the doctor asked
This time I want to donate my liver,but not only mi liver.I want to donate my heart,but not only my heart,I want to donate my entire body.I want to give it all away.All that I have.Everything I am.
The doctor says:A kidney is one thing,but this is impossible.It's suicide.
He sends him home.
However,he can't live that people in the world are suffering and he could help.So he decides to give away the only thing he has left. His life.

He hangs himself.
While he was hanging in the air and the life slowly started leaving his body he saw his reflection in the dirty mirror at the end of the room and he could swear the old man wasn't there.

The neighbours who found his lifeless body also found a note which said:Only a fool thinks he can save the world
