He tries to kill you but is stopped by a humanoid goat named toriel (it is short for tutorial) she rescues you and takes you back to her home and makes you a butterscotch cinnamon pie. But when you try to leave the RUINS toriel stops you and then fights you to try to get you to stay but if you loose you die and just before the screen blacks out toriel has a look of horror on her face, and you don’t have to kill her or hit her either you can tire her out and spare her then she will let you leave. As soon as you leave the ruins you meet a very puny skeleton named san (it stands for comic sans) he will sneak up on you and say “don’t you know how to greet a new pal? Turn around and shake my hand” and as soon as you do there will be a farting noise from a whoopee cushion that was in his hand he will then say “hehe the old whoopee cushion in the hand trick works every time by the way I’m sans sans the skeleton and you are?” Only to be interrupted by his brother the “GREAT PAPYRUS” or so he calls himself but sans tricks him by getting you to hide behind a conveniently shaped lamp (papyrus is easy to bamboozle and sans can teleport) he tries multiple times to capture you alive but you end up making friends with him instead he loves spaghetti and wants to be part of the royal Guard they capture any humans that fall down and bring them to their leader KING ASGORE (he is also a goat and toriel is his ex wife) to be killed so he can take your SOUL to absorb it and shatter the BARRIER keeping them trapped there (the BARRIER was created by humans during a war and trapped the monsters there in mnt. EBBOT) in the end there are three ENDINGS THE PACIFIST THE TRUE AND THE GENOCIDE ROUTE

So my conclusion is that Undertale is a great game that everyone should play at least once I mean EVEN THE POPE HAS PLAYED UNDERTALE
