I'm the apple at the top of the tree
Waiting for someone to come pick me
But the ones that are picked are near the ground
The ones that aren't so shiny and round
They pick the ones all rotten and old
I guess they must look like gold
What's wrong with me, am I really that bad
Not getting picked is making me sad
Is it because I'm up so high
can somebody please just tell me why
No on is willing to climb this tree
Will someone please come pick me
