Favorite Quote:
"In hopes of reaching the moon, men fail to see the flowers blooming at their feet."

The rain was falling
On the shore
The wind was calling
Waging war

A young man raced
Across the sand
A pendant cased
Within his hand

Pain made him reckless
He stopped to breathe
Then hurled the necklace
Out to sea

Rain fell like daggers on the day
The ocean took his heart away

This has a really nice flow to it - pulsating like the ocean. Nice work.

Wow! Short, sweet, and to the point, but still poetic. I love it!
