Lost Love
Angels of the deep
 Messengers unto this alien land
 All of the same band
We know not how to keep

 These are the elite
 Our buffer is the sand
Such of which needs not our hand
And still we like to meet

 They were ours once
 The turquoise waves a friend
And the language of song was known
‘Till our love we did hurt
Our embrace we did not send
This watery landscape became their home
